The standard IridumGo marine package with the base station and exterior antenna. You'll need to get your own cable (ours is run through the wall and no fun to remove. You can buy a standard cable online in any length) and you'll need new SIM cards to activate it.

Global coverage. Works through a smart phone app. More reliable than Starlink and uses less power. Works in a liferaft or emergency where you need something portable.

Has sat phone and texting, email, and works with a Predict Wind subscription (which includes a super intuitive online tracking page for friends/fam). 

We left BC in August 2023 and sailed down to Mexico, out to Hawaii, and home to BC. We won't be doing any more bluewater miles so the Iridium needs a new home and a new adventure.
