SOLD Grampian 28 for Sale

Hi,

I'm selling my Grampian 28. Here's the details:

1976 Grampian 28 Sailboat. Solid, clean boat with lots of upgrades. $10,000 OBO.

Accommodation:
• Sleeps 5 with a double V berth up front, port and starboard settees, and a large quarter berth
• Folding table in center
• Hanging locker on starboard side just behind V berth
• Abundant storage in shelves above berths and in compartments below berths
• Jabsco manual head with a new pump and holding tank (2017)
• Force 10 bulkhead mounted diesel heater

Galley:
• 4 burner propane stove with oven
• Sink with hand pump and foot pump operation. Supplied by a 20 gallon fresh water tank.

Electrical:
• 30A 120V shore power with 50ft long cord
• 120V breaker and distribution panel with reverse polarity indicator
• Four 120V GFI outlets
• 10A Marinco battery charger wired to both batteries (new 2017)
• 12V system includes two starting/house batteries (2014) charged from shore power and outboard motor alternator

Engine:
• Outboard 9.9hp Yamaha high thrust motor on a retractable transom mount (new in 2009).  Throttle controls mounted in cockpit pushes the boat at 5.5 knots.
• Inboard Volvo Penta MD6A (Have run it once, but it needs significant work for reliable/clean operation). Re-built starter motor in 2017.

Electronics:
• Autopilot: Raymarine tillerpilot ST-2000+ (new in 2017)
• Depth Sounder: Eagle 7200 
• VHF Radio: Standard Horizon Eclipse+ DSC
• Compass
• Rule 1500 automatic bilge pump with manual bilge pump as backup

Deck:
• 30lb Delta anchor in anchor locker with tons of chain and rope
• Secondary 12lb Danforth anchor
• Manual windlass on bow
• Radar reflector
• Tiller recently re-finished
• Life ring (new 2017)

Sails:
• Comes with 3 different headsails. All sails set-up to mount on furler. Main genoa had a new UV protective strip installed by North Sales in 2017.
• CDI Furler
• 1 Mainsail with 3 reef points

Recent work:
• New windows in 2017 (Cost approx. $1,000)
• New holding tank and sanitation lines in 2017 (approx. $1,000)
• Exterior wood sealed with west system epoxy and varnished in 2018
• New UV cover on Genoa in 2017
• Bottom painted spring 2017
• New 120V electrical system (2017, cost approx. $1,000)
• Yamaha 9.9hp outboard engine with electric start and remote throttle controls (New in 2009 and serviced regularly)
