Fiorentino Para Anchor 9' $370 0 M. Aisbett The best offshore parachute anchor in the world. For boats 35' to 45'. Never used, never been wet. We just got back from a circumnavigation via Good Hope and the Horn. We never needed this but it was sure nice to know it was there. Over $1000 + tax Canadian new. Here's what their website has to say about it. Offshore Para Anchor calms an angry ocean during extreme weather where Coast Guard rescue is impossible. Fiorentino's parachute sea anchor is designed and built to withstand extreme weather in situations where Coast Guard rescue is impossible. This is the only parachute sea anchor to self adjust in heavy seas and strong ocean currents. It is also the only parachute sea anchor that absorbs massive shock loads without blowing panels or twisting parachute lines. That means no collapsing canopies, which can make quite a difference when cruising in storm conditions.

FORTRESS FX-55 $485 *SOLD* 0 M. Aisbett This is THE best storm anchor. It's light. It breaks down for easy storage and it's easy to put back together. It's made for a 55' to 60' boat, but we used it as our storm anchor on our Fraser 41. In our recent circumnavigation we only had to use it once, but man did it feel good once we had it down! It's in decent shape. $1166.00 Cdn + tax brand new. This is what Defender has to say about it: In test after test, from coast to coast and from around the world, no anchor in history has been called "The World's Best Anchor" by more boaters and respected marine experts than Fortress ... and for good reason. No Other Anchors Compare with Fortress, the Best Value in Anchoring Safety and Convenience Years of research and development, high-tech materials and manufacturing, and thousands of real world tests are your assurance of performance, quality and value Precision-machined from an aluminum alloy that is as strong as steel, but only half the weight Fortress weighs only half as much as heavier steel anchors and yet outperforms them all All Fortress Anchors feature Mud Palms designed to help the anchor set faster in any type of sea bottom Mud Palms create a "lift" to the crown of the anchor, causing the flukes to point more directly to the seabed This helps the anchor set faster ... in any bottom Fortress Anchors can be disassembled and easily stored Adjustable 32° to 45° fluke angle Tough anodized finish Corrosion resistant Rustproof Easy to manage weight Sharper than heavy, dull-edged steel anchors Sets faster and penetrate deeper into common sea bottoms for incredible holding power Exclusive and patented feature which dramatically increases holding power in problem soft mud bottoms Excellent as a spare or storm anchor

Kiwi Anchor rider 20 and 30 LBS 0 E. Carpentier Got one of these after dragging a few times in a Nortes sailing the Sea of Cortez. It's been life changing, haven't drag since then and sleep like babies. Love it so much that a few of us did a group buy. They come from New Zealand and saved on shipping. They are pretty much an anchor weight that makes it super easy to adjust and retrieve in a big blow compared to dropping a bag of bricks on your rode. Saving about 30% over regular price Got about 5 left 20 LBS - Kiwi Anchor rider ( $180 + $90 shipping) $270 30 LBS - Kiwi Anchor roder ( $230 + $100 shipping) $330   There will be available until August 20th, after that I driving to the East Coast and going back South. Contact Eric @ 438-838-3951 Cheers
