Crew wanted ARC Baltic Rally 2017 & Scotland to Norway

We are looking to add one or more crew for various legs of the ARC Baltic rally this summer, aboard our Roberts 434 "First Tracks".  We are a family of 3 based in Fernie BC, cruising 4 months per year.  She is currently in Glasgow, and we will be cruising Scotland, before crossing the North Sea in early June, and working our way towards the rally start in Rostock Germany in early July.  

The rally consists of a few 150 - 200 NM passages, connecting a number of fascinating countries and cities.  We had a crew member drop out, and would like at least one other adult aboard for the longer stretches.  We are open to a variety of crew complements, from single people young adult and up, to couples, to small families (our daughter Emily is 6).  We don't require a great deal of sailing experience, although it is certainly welcome.   A positive attitude and willingness to help out is the minimum requirement.

We also are potentially interested in having crew join in late May/Early June, for the section from Inverness to Norway via the Orkneys and Shetlands.
