crew wanted Japan-Alaska-BC-June 2018
SV Amigo departed the west coast in September 2017 to circumnavigate the north Pacific and is currently in Micronesia, seeking crew for the Japan – Alaska – BC leg, mid-June departure from Kushiro, Hokkaido

S/V Amigo - Sailing vessel (Sloop), 10.7 m (35 ft), sail, monohull, Columbia 34

1988 build, and most recent major refit completed in 2017 

Seeking 2 crew to join experienced skipper Robert Mclarnin (North Vancouver) for passage from Japan through the Aleutian Islands to mainland Alaska. 

–Japan (depart from mid-June from Kushiro) 

–Alaska (depart from mid August) 

–BC South Coast (arrive mid September 2018) 

-3 crew watch schedule is 3 hours on, 6 hours off, generally. 

-Skipper provides provisioning. Purchase of alcohol and shoreside activities are not included. 

The boat is 35' overall with few luxuries.  Offshore experience preferred, it will be a challenging passage, but interested parties with outdoor experience will also be considered. 

Amigo has AIS, EPIRB, S.A.R.T., life raft, 2 personal AIS beacons, satphone and Inreach Explorer
